Your package kicks off the moment you book your first ride—your ride credits or limitless membership will be on your account ready to activate when you choose..

Depending on what you’ve purchased, your ride credits or Limitless contract will expire somewhere between 1–12 months. Want to double-check? You can always peek at your account profile to track your expiry dates like a pro.

A few things to note:

  • All packages are non-refundable (but hey, unused ride credits can be gifted to a lucky guest!).

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex online, and you can use debit in-studio.
