Frequent questions

Still curious? Send your questions to info@saltedcycle.com — we got you.

  • Absolutely. Our classes are built for every body—whether it’s your first ride or your hundredth.
You’re always in control of your pace and resistance, and our instructors are there to guide, support, and hype you up every step of the way. No pressure, just movement that feels good for you.

  • Only the best. We ride Stages SC2 bikes—smooth, powerful, and designed to feel connected.

Every ride includes clip-in cycling shoes, so you can move efficiently, target the right muscles, and ride stronger, safer, and more supported.

Our bikes use dual-sided pedals (LOOK and SPD compatible), so you’re always locked in and ready to move.

  • Lock in your spot online up to 7 days ahead—boom, done.
Walk-ins? We love ‘em. But just a heads up, bikes are first come, first ride—so booking ahead is your best bet.

  • We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes before class to check in, get changed, and get set up on your bike.

If you haven’t checked in 4 minutes before start time, your bike may be released to a standby rider.

Please note late entry is not allowed once class begins.

Each class is 50 minutes—including the cooldown—we encourage all riders to stay for the full session.
Need to leave early? Just give us a heads-up before class starts.

  • We’ve got you covered. Clip-in cycling shoes are included with every class, totally on us. If you’ve got your own, feel free to bring them. Just make sure they’re compatible with LOOK Delta or SPD cleats.

We stock a full range of sizes (men’s & women’s 5–16), so chances are, we’ve got the perfect fit waiting for you.

  • Keep it comfy, fitted, and ready to sweat. We recommend a tank or tee on top, and leggings, bike shorts, or anything form-fitting on the bottom.

Skip the flared pants or loose sweats—trust us, the bike’s flywheel and baggy clothes don’t mix. Come dressed to move, sweat, and feel good doing it.

  • Totally. Our studio has changing rooms stocked with everything you need—showers, towels, blow-dryers, and a full lineup of personal care products.

Sweat hard, then leave feeling fresh and ready for whatever’s next.

  • It happens! If you’ve left something behind, just reach out or swing by. We keep a Lost & Found at the front desk and hang on to items for a limited time.

Pro tip: Label your gear when you can—it helps us get your stuff back to you faster.

  • Yep! Riders must be 12 years or older and at least 4'10" tall to join us on the bike.

If you’re under 18, no problem—we just ask that you bring a parent or guardian to the studio so they can give consent before your first class.

  • Most likely—yes! Our bikes are fully adjustable and built to accommodate riders from 4'10" to 6'8" in height.

If you're unsure, our team is always happy to help get you set up and dialed in before class starts.

  • We’re all about keeping you moving through every stage of life—including pregnancy.

Just be sure to get the OK from your doctor first. Once you're cleared, let us know you're expecting so we can make sure you're supported throughout your ride.
