1. Book online - sauna + plunge sessions are available to book as a single session or as add-ons to your ride.
2. Arrive early - head upstairs, and we’ll take you through everything you need to know for your first time.
3. Recover - enjoy your 75 min stay. Towels, water, robes, tea and good energy provided.

Our recovery space is designed to help you reset, recharge, and recover — physically and mentally. Located inside Salted Cycle, the space features infrared sauna sessions and cold plunge therapy to support recovery, reduce stress, improve circulation, and help you feel your best after class or after life.
