Ready to take the plunge?

1. Book online - sauna + plunge sessions are available to book as a single session or as add-ons to your ride.
2. Arrive early - head upstairs, and we’ll take you through everything you need to know for your first time.
3. Recover - enjoy your 75 min stay. Towels, water, robes, tea and good energy provided.

Located inside Salted Cycle, the space features infrared sauna sessions and cold plunge therapy to support recovery, reduce stress, improve circulation, and help you feel your best after class or after life.

    None. Our recovery space is beginner-friendly, and our team is happy to guide you through your first experience.

    Sauna timing, simplified

    Most guests stay between 15–30 minutes depending on comfort and experience level.

    Hydration is important before and after your session.

    A little cold goes a long way

    Listen to your body - 30 seconds to 2 minutes can be effective.

    You do not need to “tough it out” to experience the benefits. Controlled breathing and consistency matter more than duration.
